Being a Better Human Being

The was written by Karan Wadhwani without the use of AI

Have you ever been in a situation where you keep having tech issues, or things need to be going differently than planned? Don't worry- be a bit kinder to yourself; you, too, are just human, and sometimes a diversion is good and an opportunity to try something new. The process of recording this interview was full of tech issues and very unfortunate as the end copy was fantastic, but yet, one primary concern was there. Steve was very kind to do another take after our first rehearsal; the zoom record was not picked up, and after having this recording on teams, it was only after the meeting that I realized that the sound needed to be picked up in the recording. But hey! Charlie Chaplin and Mr Bean have enormously impacted the world (and we are in the era of speech recognition and video), so please don’t discredit these smiling faces. This was a fantastic conversation ( and maybe not archived in the ether, but certainly in our memory). Please listen to this 6-minute voice recording detailing some of the anecdotes from the conversation. This week, GNESRI had the chance to interview Steve Brierley. Steve is 1/5 from the group of passionate humans behind the book, "Being a Better Human Being at Work & Home: A Kick-ass Reminder to Be Better, " and the author of the second book, "Being a Better Human: Teenager". Steve shares his story on how these two books came to fruition. 1] a tale and collection of 100+ nuggets of wisdom and insights into little things that truly make us better human beings, and 2] a journal which inspires and shares real stories from real teens. Even with no sound on this video, @LINKEDIN, I hope your video AI is up to par and can identify the real joyous conversation this was. Please reach out directly to Steve to find out more and to inquire about the books and his plans for storytelling in the future. Please listen to the post-conversation recording & watch a few of the soundless clips from our interview on the conversation.
